Terms of Service

DocTeam is a SaaS platform automating marketing & patient communication for doctors’ clinics. The platform researches specialty topics, drafts marketing content (such as blog posts and social captions) in the doctor’s voice, helps manage patient enquiries and communications, and tracks on-site SEO. Every draft is a suggestion presented for the doctor’s review — nothing is published to a doctor’s website or channels without that doctor’s explicit approval.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The service is intended for practising doctors and clinics operating in India.

DocTeam is offered as a one-time setup fee and/or a recurring monthly subscription, as shown on our Pricingpage. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Recurring plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel at any time. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You review and approve all content before it is published — you are responsible for what you choose to publish.
• You will use the platform lawfully and in line with the advertising and professional-conduct rules that apply to doctors in India.
• You will not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

The platform, its software and its branding are owned by DocTeam. Content generated for you, once you approve and publish it, is yours to use for your practice. Drafts are provided “as-is” suggestions for your review.

DocTeam is a marketing and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor’s professional judgement. The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; the Refund Policy governs any amounts due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
